Issue of Additional Shares

Following the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders which was held on the 29th of December 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to the issue of 160.333 of new additional shares of the Company to Mr Fotis Sakellarides in exchange for a 5% holdings in TheraCell Advanced Biotechnology S.A.
