Record Date and Upcoming Interest Payment 28.2.2024

The Company would like to inform the investing public that pursuant to the terms of the Bond of the Company (ISIN CY0240422119) the first interest payment date will be the 28th of February 2024 (Record Date), calculated at 8,5% of the nominal value of the Bond.

The last - cum date regarding the upcoming Bond interest payment will be Monday 26th February 2024 and the ex-cum date will be Tuesday 27th February 2024.

Pursuant to the terms of the Bond, the payment of interest to the registered bondholders will be completed within 10 working days of the Interest Payment Date i.e., Tuesday 13th March 2024.
